Who we are
This website is operated by NEXEN APLICACIONES S.A.C. (“Nexen”, “we”), RUC 20602445349, with its registered address at Jr. José María Plaza 272, Jesús María, Lima, Peru. We process personal data in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection and its regulations.
This website
- We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not load content from third parties.
- The site has no forms and no accounts. It does not ask you for any personal data.
- The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Like any web server, the hosting provider may keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the site securely. We do not use those logs to identify you.
When you email us
If you write to us, we use your email address and the content of your message only to answer you and to follow up on your request. We do not sell or share it with third parties, and we delete it when it is no longer needed for that purpose or for our legal obligations.
Our apps
Each of our apps has its own privacy policy that describes the data it collects and why. The MenuYa and MenuYa Restaurante privacy policy is available in Spanish at menuya-prod.web.app/privacidad.html.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to contacto@nexenaplicaciones.com. We will reply within the time limits set by Peruvian law. You may also file a complaint with the Peruvian data protection authority (Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales).
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its updated date.
