Each app we publish has its own terms, shown in the app and in its store listing. The MenuYa terms are available in Spanish at menuya-prod.web.app/terminos.html. If those terms conflict with these, the app terms apply to the app.

The Nexen Aplicaciones and MenuYa names, logos and the content of this site belong to NEXEN APLICACIONES S.A.C. They may not be used without our written permission.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Lima, Peru.
